Employees at this location are very rude, gossip in between and during transactions, i went for a return and they helped 4 customers that got there after me, because we were waiting on the manager, after they helped the 4 customers, they then called the manager. Once the manager got there, and i told him what the problem was, no greivances were given what so ever. By far... the worst experience ive had as a customer. I reccommend Sports Authority.
