I have been a loyal customer of best buy for about 10years now. I purchase multiple flat screens, A/V recovers, Blueray and sound systems from year yearly for our small business needs here in san diego.



While looking for a cable they didn't carry I decided to buy a Polk Audio 6000 Sound bar on a whim. Even though I know I can buy it cheaper online I like the good service I typically receive here. Plus I like human contact.



The girl who helped me was great, but while having a problem using a coupon from my rewards card she called a manager over which right from the start was very rude. When he left to check into it the sales person said the rules and procedures change monthly.



BUT, Today I was told by the store manager Ken that he was not only going to give a small discount to honor a bum coupon but then further told me he was going to look into who sold me a A/V receiver a month ago and reprimand him for giving me a previous discount.



After telling him he has horrible customer service skills (Which he does) he then asked me to leave "his" store because I was "not a good Customer and he didn't need my kind of business". NOTHING A STORE MANAGER SHOULD EVER DO! He didn't even try an ounce to satisfy me or give a good reason. It was his way or the highway!



I would be out of business I ran it like Ken, He should go through anger management and customer service classes before being allowed back on the floor.



So for $38.62 discount I have decided to stop using Best buy as my electronics store because the management sucks.



Farewell Bestbuy!!!

I bought 3 iPhones. Chris was wonderfu! Needed some assistance to port phone numbers later and went to Best Buy in Oceanside. The girl was so rude! She told me to call ATT myself and their transfer machine was broken. Went back to Mira Mesa and it was all handled without ANY hassle....thanks for the great service

We used to go here to buy all of our tvs and computers until we found lower prices on the internet. I would recommend this place if you need a last minute gift. I bought my husband a plasma tv for his birthday from here and he loved it and I got it at a good price.

I went in to Best Buy to spend over $500 on some sweet speakers. After much research, I found the ones I wanted. I went to the store and they did not have them in stock. When I asked if they could check other Best Buys in the area - I was willing to drive however far I needed to - I was told they couldn't check the other stores inventory, and that they didn't have time to call around to all the other stores. When I asked if I could purchase the display set, I was told no.



I explained several times that I wanted to spend $500+ in a Best Buy because they had the best price for the speakers, but no one would help me find a pair. I was told I could call the stores myself, or I could drive to them.



The lack of customer support and help sent me to another retailer to spend $50 more. They've lost a customer in me. :(

Great service, clean store. Good place to buy gift cards.

They have the best workout clothes.

I can't go in the store with out finding something.A really nice place to find all your electronic needs.

Generally good value for what you pay.

I found myself in need of a video camera while on vacation. The people who work at this store were very helpful! I was able to get a good deal, and also was able to use my Best Buy credit card with 6 months no interest, even though i didn't have it with me. Thanks to all who helped!!!!!
