Incompetent and extremely rude staff. If you have the misfortune of havering to work or deal with this company...my condolences.

Worked for the company for almost a year and was never treated with so much disrespect from a "professional business" in my life. Management is completely clueless and disregards the daily schedules of their employees giving out schedules daily not being under contract of any sort to being on call and disregarding hour availability. Overall the Bald Eagle is a joke as a security company and I would highly recommend NOT doing business with such a company that doesnt show respect for their workers.

It was my pleasure to have Bald Eagle Security providing guard services on my property for over 7 years. They are a very professional company offering the best management team I have found in this business. The guards they hire are either good or they're gone. The few times we had issues, the were addressed immediately. I would strongly recommend this company. A class act!

Guards were sleeping. Not wearing uniforms. Spoke to a few of them and said they don'tcare because they are not payed their raises. Do not do business with them.

I had to take a double take when I saw the Security Guards here, its understandable if they choose to wear khaki shirts and black pants (that was briefly used at McDonald's), but boots and black belts, were over the top. They look and act like Nazi stormtroopers. I went to the company's website and its owned by some shaved head Russian guy, not even American-born! I would think twice before allowing such people to represent your property!
