Arroyo Vista Nursing Center, located in San Diego, offers emotional, spiritual, physical and mental care to the residents. Its 24 hours, seven days a week nursing services include intravenous therapy, wound care, enteral feeding programs, restorative nursing programs, individualized care plans and hospice care. It also offers specialized programs that include therapeutic diets, social services, discharge planning and housekeeping services. It offers various activities to residents, including exercise programs, social and recreational activities, arts and crafts, shopping trips and other excursions. It also offers religious services. Its in-house rehabilitation therapy team offers care for residents after hospitalization for surgery and serious illness.
