I seriously love going to the Apple Store, even if it's just to browse the products. The employees are extremely helpful. Apple is pretty much unrivaled when it comes to customer service. I had an issue with my iPhone last week so I went online to book an appointment time and there were plenty available for the next morning. I went in and although I had to wait a bit because the customer before me was late for his appointment, my issue was resolved quickly. I was provided with a brand new phone too! So awesome. Gotta love Apple.
