My one-week trial with Ability was a disaster. They are not a reliable service in triaging the calls correctly to the physician on call or follow the simplest instructions. I called them at least twice a day to remind them that I am not on call and they kept making mistakes. Also, the on-hold music system didn't work so the incoming callers often thought they were disconnected. I do not recommend Ability for Medical practices where reliability is of essence.
