      Our process is simple, when you have a problem at one of your properties, all you need to do is give us a call & we will gladly take the info right over the phone. You may also request a work order online at AAllAnimalControl.com. Of course, you are more than welcome to use your own work order form by faxing or emailing it to us. Once you have contacted our office we will then contact the resident to let them know we have received the work request and will schedule an appointment if necessary. Since the most common problems we see involve snakes or raccoons in homes, I will give you an idea of what we do in such a situation. We will go to the home and do a thorough 67-point inspection. We inspect the property from the foundation to the roof, covering every part of the property in search of wildlife problems. Once we have identified how the nuisance animals are getting into the home we will set up live traps. Whenever possible we have the resident check the traps and notify us when we have a catch. If the resident does not want to or is unable to check the traps, we will check them daily & a daily trip charge will be applied. Once we have removed the problem animal, we will clean-up and repair whatever holes or damage they have created & any other potential entry points to prevent future problems. We warranty our repair work against animal re-entry. In other words, if an animal gets in through our repairs, we will remove the animals and repair the problem for FREE!
