About Advance Laser Cosmetic Center Advance Laser Cosmetic Center was established in 2003 by Dr. Tim Roham with the mission to bring the latest FDA approved procedures in aesthetic science and medicine to todays on the go person who wants maximum results with little down time. Every patient at our facility is seen and treated by Dr. Tim Roham to assure that everyone receives individualized care. We do not follow protocols for every patient. Every skin is unique and needs different attention and Dr. Roham's focus is to achieve safe and effective treatment without having the serious downtime of major surgery. We provide service to clientele in the following areas: San Clemente, Dana Point, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Beach, Irvine, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Marguarite, Coto De Caza, San Juan Capistrano, & Newport Beach.
