I had a great experience at Stereo City. I needed a new receiver with Bluetooth and an iPhone USB port and they hooked me up installed for $170. They promised it would be ready in 1 hour and they delivered. They said if I have any problems come back and they will fix them. I had a problem pairing the Bluetooth on my iPhone I went back and they fixed it for me on the spot. Good service and good price.

Stereo city has bad customer service based on false promises and stolen money. Stereo city has denied me a refund for a service that was never performed. Every day I am told that the stereo kit items purchased will be in the next following day. These lies have continued for one week. I was told the only way to get back my stolen money was to talk to the store owner. Every attempt has been made to call and physically ask for the store owner. The store workers falsely lie in saying that the store owner cannot be contacted. I have reported this fraud to my bank and a reverse transaction of $260.00 will be credited to my account in 30 days.
