I got carpet installed. Carpet is faded (so it looks like 2 different colors) and there's a huge visible seam in 2 rooms. I was referred to the manufacturer. I'm so upset!! When I called to get this corrected, I was told he'd call me back... It's been a week and I'm still waiting. Horrible customer service.

We experience very poor customer service. When complaint made, referred my to manufacturer and refused to assist indicating that it was no longer his problem. Be careful, very overbearing and hostile.
