It was a nightmare living here.

Saw Pinecrest today. I spoke with a lady named Alicia she seemed really nice and the place looked okay. I am looking for a two bedroom and the apartment was one of the biggest ones I saw. I am not sure what the carpet is like in the other places but this one had brownish white. The place looked great during the day time. I am gonna check it out at night.

I have never been to pine crest Apartments and I dont have any association with anyone there..but I do know that these comments were apparently made in bizarre fashion. Notice how the one comment says the hot water tanks are from the 70's but the apartment complex was built in 1985...hmmm...also, there was a management change it appears a few months ago and this one person hated it there so bad but then said they lived there for 4 years...who keeps resigning leases year after year if they hate it...seems like some manager friends who are tenants were upset the manager was replaced. I would go check it out...these kind of reviews are unfortunate..but someone gets scorned and looks for revenge.

My neighbor asked me to log on and write what its really like here since there has been a lot of fake 5 star reviews from the manager. this place is ghetto. the manager told me that this was the better part of san bernardino, yeah right. drug dealers surround us. homeless people sleep on our community which is scary at night because they are probably homeless because of a criminal background. My apartment has nasty green carpet, yes i said it CHEAP green carpet. My dishwasher is so old and dinged that i can't even use it without it sounding like a submarine submerging 9,000 ft below sea level. I'm laughing at the pictures this page has pine crest does NOT look like this! photos have been photo shopped and the interiors look nothing like what u see. there is always trash near the garbage area which is embarrisng when family comes over. trash is often scattered on the property and its not safe here. Roaches often invade my apt and come in frm my neighbors drains and outlets. its gross

Taxes money is my ticket out of here. Are you reading some of these reviews? Sounds like the manager posted a bunch of them, so I thought I'd write a "real" review. Moved in, water heater is old as dirt, all apliances are from the 1970's or 1980's. It takes months to get anything fixed and when it does get fixed it is cheaply done and breaks again. I was deciding between tuscany or here, i shouldve went to tuscany where things are opposite from pinecrest, i didn't because of one thing, more living space. i thought quantity was better than quality and i was wrong. My cabinets are old my carpet looks like it's long expired passed livable and is torn, you can see the wood below and still he won't replace it. I'll be putting my 30 day notice soon because this isn't the kind of place i want to be living at. I don't think legally he can deny my carpet 2 b done since i lived here 4 years place needs to be condemned with the amount of roaches it has and how old everything is don't waste your $

the worst place i have ever lived the are infested with roaches and the owner only cares about what the outside of the apartments looks like and the rent goes up all the time
