Provided by YPmobileI've been coming here for years and always was greeted with a smile and pleasant attitude. Thanks for the tips on the things my dogs and cat would like.

Provided by YP.comI to have been a long time Elliots customer off and on. I quit going for a while years ago because it seemed to be going down hill a bit and I heard it was closing. Well it didn't and the current manager I think her name is Susie has been there awhile and a gem of a find as the store is consistent on good customer service and because I see a pretty good turn over of front end employees I am guessing she runs a pretty tight ship. Good job. But she is always very polite and when her employees need help she gladly helps when I see it. Don't let this one get away.

Provided by YP.comI have been a customer of Elliott's pets for more than twenty years, buying fish, reptiles, rabbits, aquariums, terrariums, pet food, medicine, supplies and more from them over the years. The staff are always courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable about the pets, supplies, and products they sell. They have a large selection of books, products, and supplies, covering just about any type of pet you care to name, and while they can't carry absolutely every item, they will happily accommodate most special orders for you. The animals they sell are healthy and generally happy, although the feeder mice, rats, and crickets might disagree with that statement. Good products, good selection, at reasonable prices. Thumbs up is my vote!

Provided by YP.comI have been going to Elliott's Pet Emporium for years. At first I went for crickets and sand when I had my bearded dragon. Awhile after she passed away I started going for bedding and chinchilla food and guinea pig food. I had nothing but good things and experiences to say about the store. Recently, the store has gotten popular and busier, thus severely affecting it's services. The new employees are rude and know very little about animals. One of the bad experiences I've had is an employee just staring at me while she talks to another employee. I had to ask her if she could ring me up. Now, the products may be suffering from this business explosion. I went into Elliot's 6 days ago to purchase bedding, and it was only after I was at home and ready to use it that I realized it was moist. I do not know why it would be moist or why they would sell it (this bedding was an Elliot's Pet Emporium brand). Overall, the qualities that made Elliot's Pet Emporium the ideal place to shop for pet needs is gone, and I'd rather go to a bigger corporation at least their employees know what to do with the register.

Provided by YP.comIt's a pretty good store found my brothers jackson chameleon cage for 25 bucks. Now the chameleon is clinging on to the cage as we speak. He is very happy in his new cage. They have a pond with koy fish and lots of roosters. I don't remember seeing to many reptiles or any at all for that matter. It's a good store, more so for the guy looking to buy a cage, supplies, and stuff then the guy looking to buy a new pet.
