I guess the negitive feedback here must be the"know it all's". Here is the real truth....You will never in your life find more knowledge in one room, EVER! They are never cocky for a customer with open ears willing to learn priceless time honored mastery of firearms, reloading and the lifestyle in general. They were all kind enough to treat is like we had been buying from them for years. My wife and Millie struck up a conversation while the guys and I talked tactical shooting. They have been there the better part of 60 years and of you want to buy a firearm, ask questions or stock up on reloading supplies this is the one stop shop. We will be back to buy and to hang out and kindle a newfound friendship. If you come here and find a bad attitude it's because you brought it with you!.....Retired Tactical Sniper BAW

There green sheet add says check our prices you might be surprised. No surprise accessories are retail. Primers and powder that is. They have ammo on shelf but says its sold. If your one of there old buddies you would be better off. For older collectible guns you would want to check with them definitely. But for new guns they wouldn't even match a Turners price.
Bought a nice Winchester 94 Rifle in this new year. Father and Daughter were very helpful and and courteous. Everyone working there knew their business about Guns and taught me a few things. I could tell they liked what they were doing. They made my visit very nice and memorable. I will definitely go there again. They are my kind of Folks!!!! Joe Thomas Jr .

Best pricing and incredibly friendly/helpful staff. I don't understand how someone could say the staff was unwilling to chit-chat or discuss the inventory. I spent almost twice as much time talking with the staff and enjoying their company than I did purchasing my firearm. I'm fairly young and I did come in looking less than desireable to a gun store owner and received nothing but warm reception and courtesy. I look forward to my next purchase here.

They have THE BEST PRICES but they also have THE WORST SERVICE. They will beat anyone's price; they are always the lowest. But they do not like to chit-chat and talk with you and teach you about guns or tell you the advantages and disadvantages of one gun compared to another. They also do not like you to go in and browse - they want you to know exactly what you want before you come in, tell them, come in, pay (a lower price than anywhere else) and then leave while saying as few words as possible. Also it is not really a gun shop, it is more of a very large shed behind a family home in San Bernardino. This shop was started 50 years ago when Jerry Berman wanted to sell a few guns but at the end of the day through trading he ended up having more guns than with which he started! The rest is history and they have been there ever since! My buddy's grandpa told me this; he is an old WWII vet who has been an NRA instructor in San Bernardino for 40 years.--Jon in California
