My wife and I have had several massages at this establishment and have always been pleased with the services. Just today I called to book a couples massage for the two of us and after being told the appointment was available, and then being placed on hold for a lengthy amount of time we were told that "Miss Ann (?) thinks we would be better served going somewhere else." I was somewhat shocked and baffled and asked what that meant and if there was a problem to which the lady on the phone said "miss Ann just thinks you need to go somewhere else" and hung up. I have no earthly idea what these people are thinking...we have never tipped less than 20%, always been incredibly professional and courteous, and never complained about the below par changing facilities and robe used for men or the fact that there is a dog running around barking during your peaceful "hour of relaxation." No wonder their masseuse turnover is so high. I am incredibly offended by their rudeness and lack of professionalism.

If you want to be super pressured to buy products, listen to the owner talk about herself the whole time you are trying to relax, experience her dog going in and out of it's doggie door or tinkling on the floor, than try this "spa". I was shocked and disgusted! It was not clean, tacky in decor and the front desk receptionist bluntly told me she hated her job. I would have told my husband to save his money. Awful experience. I left angry!!
