He earned dual bachelor’s degrees at the University of Texas at Austin and his medical degree at Vanderbilt University. With residencies in General Surgery and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Emory University and a fellowship in Reconstructive Microsurgery at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Merceron specializes in breast reconstruction, peripheral nerve surgery, and limb salvage.
