Touchstone Communities? provides skilled nursing and long-term care, rehabilitation services, Alzheimer's and dementia care, behavioral care and respite care. Glorifying God and honoring Him through our thoughts and actions as we serve the residents in our care is our defining purpose. Our family-oriented and family-owned business operates 16 communities and manages six Veterans Homes, all located in Texas.
