Just got back from Galveston and needed the sand and the salt cleaned from my car so I took it in to the WT. As far as cleaning, they did an OK job, the windows were all streaked and I had to re-wipe them after I got home, but when I went to get in, I notice 2 large, fresh scratches in my tinted window. I notified the manager and was told he would review the cameras and get back to me. Well he did and flat out denied they caused the damage. I keep that car immaculate and NO ONE drives it but me. You could see they were fresh scratches because it was still ragged. DO NOT TRUST them to take care of your vehicle if you use this location. I will NEVER go back and will call the dealership that gave me the free year there to voice my major displeasure. I will be also posting this on every review site and forum that I can find.
