The San Antonio Orthopaedic Group, established in 1947, provides orthopaedic, medical and surgical care services to residents throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas. It maintains sports medicine, spine, foot and ankle, arthritis and joint replacement, and hand, wrist and upper extremity disvisions, as well as a cartilage repair center. The group treats a range of musculoskeletal disorders, diseases and injuries. The San Antonio Orthopaedic Group also operates imaging centers that offer diagnostic and screening services, including CT scan, magnetic resonance imaging, mammography, bone densitometry, electrocardiograms and X-rays. Its orthopedic therapy services include rehabilitation programs for sprains, strains, fractures, arthroscopic procedures, and joint replacement and general surgeries. In addition, the group offers industrial rehabilitation programs that include various rehabilitative services for injured workers. It maintains a presence in San Antonio.
