I came during my lunch with my daughters to pick up their glasses but they were closed for lunch, they didn't say anything when I called, they should someone there at least just for pickup orders.I didn't have enough time to wait , I had to come back another day

I enjoy the laid-back atmosphere - staff have always been friendly and accommodating. However, it's hard for me to get off of work in the a.m. hours to see the doctor, so I really need to have an appointment - otherwise, everything else is excellent. Keep up your good work ethics!!

I have been a patient for 15 years and have taken my kids to see Dr. Hinojosa. She is very perfessional and really cares about her patients. Great selection on glasses and contacts. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

For the most part, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Until we inquired about a colored contact lens sold some years back, and still available today. A male worker decided to chime in and comment on how " Those lenses are so 90's and old." We thought it was the patient's choice what color or brand of lens we chose, and their job to assist us in purchasing the item. I decided to take our business elsewhere because I do not want my family to feel uncomfortable or self conscious in our choices of eye wear. I hope the Doctors there know what kind of unprofessional staff they have and address the situation, or else face losing more customers!
