      Thanks McCune for an excellent job repairing our "puppy damaged " furniture. The work was cost efficient and was completed in a high quality, timely manner. No traces left of the initial damage. Rob Getz

      The artisans at Stephen McCune Upholstery will turn your vision into a beautiful piece of custom furniture. With over 90 years of experience in San Antonio, Austin, and Corpus Christi, we have the expertise to create unique heirlooms that perfectly fit your style. Stephen McCune Upholstery is the oldest continuously operated upholstery shop in Texas. In 1923, Mr. McCune started a small shop that moved in the early 30s to a strip of land between the San Antonio River and an acequia that fed the Alamo. Today, the shop is well known for its quality furniture, durable fabrics, and excellent craftsmanship. If you've visited some of the finer homes around San Antonio, Corpus Christi, or the Hill Country, there is a good chance you've seen some of Stephen McCune Upholstery's work.
