If I could give a more negative review...I would. Absolutely go elsewhere. They are unreliable with appointments. I had a 8am-1pm time frame scheduled and cancelled all of my morning errands to stay home. They called at 12:00 to let me know the repair tech was on his way, and at 12:30, he calls and is lost (because the business gave him the wrong address-not a fault on my part as they had been here the week before and had to order a part before they could finish fixing my washer). I corrected their mistake and he said he was on his way but it would be 30 minutes more because he was on the other side of town. 15 minutes later, the lady at the business called again to tell me that the tech decided to do 2 other repair calls before coming to fix my already scheduled repair job. I let it be, but then he still hadn't shown up by 4 pm, so I called back to see where he's at. They tell me that he is still on the other side of town and had stopped at yet another repair job and it'd be at least

Tech was awesome, the rest of the staff are clueless. Do not use this company. They really do not deserve a star. Tech does deserve 5 stars and should get a raise.

I WAS TOLD TODAY (5-17-11) THAT A SUPERVISOR WOULD CALL ME TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR TOMORROW. Just purchased my stove (5-14-11) and have not be able to use due to the gas company telling me it has a high reading of carbon monaxide. Gas company said the repair people could fix it and you say the gas company is wrong any way my gas is shut off and I can not use my stove. I need this fixed asap so I can get my gas back on. ( I hope I will not have to get the media involved) I JUST WANT MY STOVE IN GOOD SAFETY WORKING ORDER!!! YOU KNOW WHO I AM

I dont know what these other people are talking about, I was thrilled with my experience!! All the dates are around the same time so maybe people need to realize that things DO happen and give them the benefit of the doubt. I was in major need of my oven getting fixed for a family function and they came the next day.They worked with me, so i worked with them. Everything works great and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Had an appointment today,7/25/08, for them to repair a bad freezer. Sad part is they called me and had to re-set appointment from what I had originally been told. Was told today between 1pm and 6pm, took off of work and as of 5:55pm haven't seen nor heard from them. Typical San Antonio way of doing business.
