When I arrived at facility there was no one at the front desk and you have to call for them. The atmosphere is very casual and no professionalism here. You will have to wait for 30-40 min or an hour or so for paperwork. And there is more wait after this till they prep you fo study. Room is near to highway so you can hear the traffic noise and close to a funeral home. So good luck for the restful sleep and great study results. My home bedroom is quieter and more peaceful than this. They forgot to ask payment when I arrived, messed up with insurance number as well. Poor record keeping and poor customer service. Also if you see their in-house doctor they will give results ready otherwise wait for 7-10 days. I was assured that they will send result promptly to my refereeing doctor but failed to do so and changed the language that only I will get results when release form is signed by doctor who is on vacation. In all a horrible experience, for the fees they charge - its a horrible sleep facility. Do not go here for sleep test, not recommended. Value for money is Zero!
