I felt like I should write a review (I've only written one other review in the past) because I was impressed with this small company. Jacob is excellent at finding leaks. When I first talked with him on the phone, I felt comfortable that he was knowledgeable. When I met him today when he came to find my pool leak, he was very patient with all my questions. He found my pool leak and agreed to fix it for me the same day. He also guarantees his work for 30 days. I have the impression that he is honest. Definitely recommend. 3/4/11.

Outstanding service...Jacob goes out of his way to ensure that you're satisfied with the job he performs. I have used Service America for several of my plumbing needs; each time, the experience is better than the last. I don't stand around watching the job being done; I know that it will be completed to my utmost satisfaction and the area will be as clean as when he started. Jacob is personable and knowledgeable; two characteristics that are sometimes hard to find, when trying to have home repairs done.
