My mother's health declined quickly the summer of 2009. After interviewing several agencies I decided to go with Serenity Home Care. I never regretted the decision. It was a very rough time for me, and my family. I felt we were able to get the support and care we needed to address my mother's changing health needs. My father is retired military and has a specific way in which he has lived his life. When help was needed, he was resistant. After meeting the owner and also being allowed to interview the caregivers before they started services, reduced some anxiety in my father. It has been nine months with Serenity Home Care and my father has enjoyed the help he has received. He has even requested the caregivers for extra days.
