Honest accurate bookkeeping performed on time. Monthly bookkeeping packages include importing bank and credit card transactions, coding transactions to the appropriate general ledger account, reconciling all balance sheet accounts, and creating monthly financial statements, including an income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows. Monthly packages also include an annual reconciliation of the bookkeeping records to the federal income tax return. Add-on services include accounts receivables, accounts payables, sales tax, payroll including filing the 941/940 federal payroll taxes and state unemployment taxes, partnership splits, class/project tracking, 1099 form filings, budget vs actual reports, and customized reporting.
