Bad experience!We have been on contract for semiannual maintenance with Rosenbergfor several years and used them for about 8 years.Heater would come on, run a couple of minutes and then shut off. Immediately it would come on again and then run until temperature was reached and then shut off until the house cooled again. Jesus Gloria came and cleaned the thermocouple, made a couple of adjustments billed me $139.00.At 2:00 A.M. I awoke cold to the bone. The thermostat set at 74 degrees, and the temperature was 69 degrees!It is no fun spending the night cold in a home you try to maintain. We are in our mid 70's and feel ripped off. At least the heater worked until they "fixed it". Bad experience Michael! What are you going to do to overcome this poor service?
Jose was very professional and personable. He took pictures of the problem and explained evrything and was o.k. with having to wait for our landlord to arrive. He said the a.c. was off because of a tripped wire basically and I think a lot of contractors would have made it out to be more for more $ so his honesty was appreciated. I hope if our a.c. has problems in the future that the landlord uses these guys again!
Rosenberg Indoor Comfort is always dependable and they do excellent service. Our technician Robert D. was running a little late, but called to notify us that he would be late and apologized. The service was excellent. Valerie set up the appointment and was very courteous and helpful and fit us in with one day's notice. I highly recommend Rosenberg Indoor Comfort.

Valerie has great customer/admin follow up and professional demeanor. Our tech Josh D. Is awesome! Professional, very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough! He is a great salesman, not pushy, made recommendations for you to think about and follow thru if wanted to. We will take the awesome warranty offered. This is a decent company with a tech who really cares, at least with our first time experience with Rosenberg.

Joe, Jason and team were excellent. Joe spent extra time on his estimate to make sure the job was done right since short cuts had been taken the last time a unit had been replaced some 15 years ago. Jason made sure everything was installed according to specs/code and went above and beyond insulating the attic and installing the compressor and blower of my new unit. Overall a great job. I have used Rosenberg Indoor Comfort for over 10 years. They maintain my heat/air systems and respond to any issues/concern. This visit, Mr. Mathis asked for pruning shears to cut down the plant growth that had sprung up during the rains we've had. That is going above and beyond to get the job done.

Rosenberg ran a special to do the semi annual maintenance on our 2 air units. This was our first experience with them. The scheduler, Valerie was courteous and prompt.The technician who came out, Josh, was courteous, wore shoe covers in the house and did a thorough servicing, spending the time to do it well. I was charged exactly what was quoted, no hidden charges or surprises. The emailed report made recommendations for work they saw which needed attention for optimal operation. I was pleased that they did not try to 'oversell " the job in spite of the fact that my units are aging, though in good working condition. I would highly recommend them!
