Accommodating as were pre-wedding I imagined my daughter's wedding to be in great hands. What happened? The plated food was cold. Yuk! Would have been tasty if warm! Embarrassing to serve to guests! Were supposed to have a full open bar but had to call to get liquor which should have been stocked. Coordinator promised she'd be available 90% of the time but hardly ever saw her. Reached her via cell phone calls. The table decorations were not as planned. Floating candles went to waste yet had tested the sizes 2 weeks prior. Had to remind coordinator to place tealights on windows which was previously her suggestion. She must've lost the notes she took. No water glasses served with meal. No coffee offered. Clean up was documented in contract yet left to me & family to gather. Coordinator no where in sight during that. Disappointing! Promises were not kept.Great facility. Beautiful at Christmas! Downtown=guests pay for parking. Poor service. Find another location who will do as they say.
