Very friendly, both to owners and to pets. We've never had to sit and wait for more than a couple of minutes to get an exam room. LOVE the vet and assistants! Helpful, professional, kind. Great front desk, too. If I had to find a fault, it would only be that checking out can take a little longer than expected. I highly recommend Pavlov's, and appreciate that they don't over-inflate their prices, and don't over-recommend treatments by preying on your emotional attachment to your pets.

We have taken our cats and dogs to Pavlovs for the past 10 years. Dr. Pavlov has always been wonderful with our family members, and very knowledgable. Getting an appointment has never been a problem, and their rates are some of the best in town. Pavlov has always done a superb job on all the surgeries ever needed for my babies, from spaying/neutering to fixing my english bulldog's in-grown tail. Her tail no longer digs into her fat pad. We both appreciate that. -loyal clients (Liz and Chris)

Negligent. Allowed my diabetic cat to become sicker.

My cat is diabetic. It had been a few weeks since she had insulin. The insulin refill was contingent upon a glucose test. When I admitted her to Pavlov's, I told them she lost weight. The following afternoon, the attendant said the cat was fine and was to only eat her diabetic food. She even made it a point to say she didn't know why the cat was there. Two days later, my cat is hospitalized for dehydration and insulin. The insulin we told the people at Pavlov's about in the first place. I hope this is read to prevent others from hurting their pets (and wasting their money) on poor care.
