EUROPEAN CONSTRUCTION/DESIGN: Our new kitchen was finished August 2012. My review is coming from a customer who has lived with Oncken cabinets for a year so speaking with experience I would simply say there is no finer cabinet maker in the united states. I would like to give a 4 star rating because of poor scheduling, but the cabinets are too nice. Mr. Oncken was excellent with giving design suggestions, we completely demolished the old kitchen and designed the new ourselves. I did have to live an extra month with no kitchen, which is a long time when by simply telling me to wait on the demolition the job would have been perfectly smooth. I cannot put into words how nice the finish work is. The painter did a gorgeous stain/glaze finish. the installer was a perfectionist. I speak with 30 years of experience living with a Colorado, German cabinet maker which gives me some creditability when I say I am thrilled with our kitchen. The delayed install was worth the wait!
