Provided by YP.comNORTHSIDE COLLISION . After being told initially the repair would take seven days, it took over a month. They kept giving different stories and excuses about why it was taking so long.When my car was finally ready there was a 3 inch rip in my leather seat, I immediately showed them. I was told the owner "Marc" would call me. After at least 15 attempts to get in touch with him, and no return phone call, An employee of the owner gave me a message from Marc this morning. Northside is NOT going to fix the damage they did to my vehicle. I HAVE PICTURES WHICH SHOW IT IS A FRESH TEAR, BUT NORTHSIDE WAS AND IS NOT INTERESTED IN FIXING IT. I am beyond flabbergasted. I JUST SPENT 6K DOING BUSINESS WITH THEIR COMPANY!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED THAT A BUSINESS HAS SUCH LOW ETHICS AND INTEGRITY. Treating your customers in this way will eventually come back to bite you. It is not the cost of getting it fixed that has me so mad, but about doing the right thing in business. SHAMEFUL!!!

Estimate was 4 hours later than promised and I had to call to get it. The price of the estimate was 20% over a Cadillac Dealer. Complete waste of time.

Provided by YPmobileMark didn't finish my car on time. Rental car charge me the extra days. He didn't care at all even do was his fault. I tried to work with him. He hides from me. Do you know why?

He took advance of me. I ended up paying around 200 dollars of my pocket because of his bad service

Rental setup seemed fine when I left only for them to call me later that day to tell me I would be responsible for a difference in cost that the insurance company would not cover. I take time out of my work day to call the insurance company to sort it out only for the rental car company to match the price of the insurance companies preferred agency. Come to find out, the price match was already agreed upon, but they tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favor. Then, I go to pick up my car thinking an auto body shop, whose sole responsibility is putting cars back to pre-loss condition, would have done a quality check on the work. They didn't. Part of the damage hadn't been repaired, the glass had to be removed for repairs and the damn window trim wasn't even adhered to the glass, the paint had imperfections, and the emblem was misplaced even though I told them NOT to reapply it. Never again, Northside Collision.
