The Vice President and branch manager to this office made a big mistake with money owed by us and the seller. He missed that both parties would owe money for the HOA. While he admitted his mistake, he did nothing to fix it. In fact, I had to reach out to him after giving him time to fix it. We still owe the money that we shouldn't have to pay. He screwed up. Not us. I do not recommend using this company!
