We were working with Nancy Alfaro in the process of moving across the country to rent a house and did not have the ability to walk through a house. They gave us no information but later claimed to give information after we wanted out of the contract. They took $3000+ no problem but couldn't answer the phones or even let us in the house AFTER payment. We had to run in circles for hours to even get a working key. All of this after they messed up on multiple occasions costing us more money and time that we didn't have because they couldn't send the correct documents. When we enter the house it was a complete dump and unsafe for my 1 year old to live in. The house had giant roachea, holes in ceilings and walls, cracked ceilings and walls, a messed up AC system, cracked doors, doors that barely closed and lead outside being a cause of safety, nicotine stains on walls and blinds, cracked tiles and counters, peeling wall paper, fixtures barely attached to the wall or tubs and exposed wires. They claimed we knew about the condition because of the links they sent us. There were no links to any houses we were sent, only the addresses which we then had to Google. We were given 4 pictures of this house, 2 of which were outside pictures. I as a mom concerned for her child was hysterically crying at how bad the condition of the "move in ready" house was and all they could say is "oh well it's a done deal". After hours of going back and forth they finally agreed to let us out of the contract at the expense of MORE money and us being homeless. This whole firm was completely unprofessional and dirty in the way they treat customers.
