This was the absolute worst motel to stay in. The manager (Jim Melton) does not assist with problems in any way. The last morning of my stay, I woke up to a marijuana smoke-filled room. I DO NOT SMOKE ANYTHING ! I went to the front desk to complain and the mngr. simply says " Have you turned your bathroom fan on? " I was in disbeleif, to say the least. I am allergic to the very smell of pot. My face broke out in hives and my sneezing was non-stop. I had to leave early, no chance of sleeping in THAT day ! He said he could not locate where the smell of pot was coming from. We all know pot has a very distinct smell, and you mean to tell me the guy walking down the hall with a bottle of vodka in his hand at 8 am wasn't a suspect ? He came out from his room and a trail of smoke followed him! Are you sure it wasnt him? Jim Melton, just denied EVERYTHING, all the while standing in a doorway full of pot smoke. I just grabbed my belongings and left back to Austin. I will NEVER stay at a motel6!
