Recently, I called Mitchell Bail Bonds to get me out of jail using my own resources. I have never been in jail before and thought this was the way to get released. I was assured by two company employees they would be glad to come over and help me. When no one showed up, I wasted my second precious phone call to the same bailsman and was assured by Kenny that he would arrive in a few minutes. Again, no one showed up and because I am not wise to the process of getting out of jail, I remained incarcerated for four days and nights. My question and concern is: If you didn't want to help me get out of jail just say so! I called after I was released and was treated just as rudely and unimportant as I was the first time. Nothing but disappointment and disgust for this company.
