Jim, the manager is very friendly and I have seen him actually tell a customer that all of the things she wanted done prior to a long trip were not needed. He explained why she needed some things done, and replacing most of the belts was fine, but also that one of them was in great condition! I have had him advise me a few times and his suggestions were easy to understand and I could tell he is very honest. He has been taking care of our cars for years and we tell everyone we know to go to him. If you make an appt., you can drop your keys off in a slot on at night or on Sundays and he usually gets it done in a day or less. He has also rushed some parts for us and always goes out of his way. Prices are reasonable every time. If you are a car novice, it takes the worry out of getting your car repaired!
