The most unprofessional and unethical Atty. Refused to prepare for trial that was a win...instead he made it a lost and made me homeless. It was an illegal evuctiin , I'd never been late with my rent or any violations, it was retaliatory. Matt colluded with the plaintiffs to make me homeless. Plus, he is rude, unprofessional, and unethical. He spends more time getting his outfits together than he does preparing for trial / court. He refused to write a brief or even prepare for trial and demanded I take their deal..which I never did or would since I had done absolutely nothing to warrant an eviction, the plaintiffs case was based solely on perjury since they had absolutely no case against me. Matt colluded with them, because he said.."I really, really like their Atty." And had even said he was with her the night before trial! He agreed to something I refused to agree to and made me homeless....he thought it was funny. He's not well in my opinion. I do not recommend Matt Obermerier or his firm!!!!!
