Dicussed Pricing with Mark the owner as he told me over the phone what he charges per square foot, this included the sealing of the grout. I like the fact that he is Retired from the Military! His Lead Tech Jeff showed up on time and I was very polite and did a quick cleaning demo. I was very impressed with demo and had Jeff clean all the tile and grout on the 1st floor. I can say that at the end of the day I was very pleased with this company from Start to Finish! Great Job!
