I OFFER A FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION UP TO ONE HOUR. I have over two years of experience in establishing guardianships of the person in the following counties: Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, and Medina. Services also include the preparation of Wills and the probating of Wills in Probate Court. I also prepare Statutory Durable Powers of Attorney, Medical Powers of Attorney, and Directives to Physicians (Living Wills). In addition, I prepare Affidavits of Heirship and Small Estate Affidavits to transfer assets from estates in which there is no Will.
