I had a flat close to this shop and I pulled in to have it repaired. They removed my wheel and when they took the tire off of the rim they damaged my tire pressure monitor. When I asked them about it they said that they were not liable and that it could have broken at any time. I explained that it worked as I was driving down the street so it was not broken before you removed my tire. They did not care and told me that I was on my own and that their technicians are trained on how to service tires. Very bad experience. Now I am going to be out of pocket 120 dollars for the new part and having it programmed at the dealership.

My dad and I have been going to ART for over 10 years now. Friendly service and I trust them not to take advantage of me. Not a crook! Thanks!

I really tried to like Art's--don't like the big chains--so I let them install new brakes all around and replace the inner tie-rod ends, and I bought 4 new Cooper tires. When I took it back a few weeks later because one brand new tire wouldn't hold air, they wouldn't give me the time of day. I took it elsewhere, and there was no tire damage--the tire had been improperly mated to the wheel and wouldn't seal. Once they have your money, Art's doesn't know you.
