I had used this establishment for nearly two years (starting before this business became. Hope Cleaners). I this period, I gradually saw a decrease in quality of the cleaning of my garments. There were times that I requested "do overs" because some of my garments were not cleaned effectively. The final straw came for me when a garment was returned to me with a very large stain that was not on the garment when dropped off. I requested a another redo which did not produce satisfactory results. The clerk that initially handled my concern was apologetic but the next one was rude. Rude from the perspective that he argued with me that the stain was perspiration found only on the front of the dress where the size of the affected area measured 8 x 9. Even after I asked for all oft garments to be returned with a refund so that i could be on my way, he continued to argue with me. How ridicoiulous! As a customer this behavior is not acceptable!
