We have been with Hendricks Property Management for over 30 years and are very satisfied. We have a good working relationship -- the company accommodates the tenants needs, while taking into account the owner's perspective. Our property manager is efficient, easy to work with, and keep us informed when necessary. Exactly what is needed in a property management company.

I have found Hendricks to be a vast improvement from under the previous property managers where the apartments were often vacant, repairs were erratic, and the tenants were unhappy. Under Hendricks I have had a completely different experience. the apartments are rented almost all the time, needed repairs are carried out promptly and I am told everything that is being done to the properties.
