I have shopped at this location for YEARS....I have tolerated inconsistent service b/c of the convenience to my home and I know the store well....(I actually help other customers locate products). This past Sunday I used my credit card and there was trouble with their systems. It was swiped several times and I was assured only one would go through. My bank however has the four attempts in a pending status so now $516.00 of my funds cannot be accessed from my bank. I am a single mother and I try and cut costs by clipping coupons - I saved a few dollars - but I'm out over $500.00 until this is resolved. ABSOLUTELY UNNACEPTABLE!!! I will NEVER shop here again.
