I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT THE SUSHI IS OUT OF THIS WORLD.. HOWEVER THE CUSTMR SRVC AND CUSTMR APPRECATION IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ... THE WAIT STAFF IS SLOWER THAN THE PONY EXPRESS... WHAT MIGHT BE AN 1 1/2HR MEAL WILL EASILY TURN INTO 2- 2 1/2 HALF HRS . WE HAVE EXPERIENCED 3 HR MEALS JUST BECAUSE OF HOW LONG YOU WAIT ON THE WAITERS. THEY ARE RUDE AND EXPECT TO BE TIPPED EVEN IF THEY HAVN'T WORKED FOR IT.. IF YOU DON'T TIP in THE FUTURE THEY BECOME HOSTILE. MANGMT (WHICH HAPPENS TO BE THE CHEF) HAS SAID IT THEMSELVES THAT THEY "ARE EXTEMELY BUSY AND ,YOU WIL HAVE TO WAIT..! AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT." WELL TO SUM IT UP HE SAID "THAT HE CAN AFFORD TO LOSE A CUSTOMER." IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT THE SUSHI IS AMAZING BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.. I WOULD SUGGEST TAKE OUT ONLY. AND IT IS ABSOLUTLEY FORBIDDEN TO SUGGEST THAT THEY MAKE HAVE MADE THE FOOD INCORRECTLY OR THAT THE WAITERS TAKE TOO LONG... AND DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OF CUST SRV. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR EXPERIENCE.
