Easy to work with, very professional. They diagnosed the problem. Added a new timing belt and got my car back running. A+++
My husband took his car in for a full assessment and the guy in the office was very helpful and direct, he told us about a payment plan option, which is really awesome because not many places will work with you like that. Wasn't too long before they were getting to work and repairing the waterpump, transmission, and even checked the heads to make sure everything was OK. We even had the option to get a rental car while we waited for ours that was nice. I would highly recommend them. 10/10
Phillip is nothing more than a low down con artist who starts off with a pretty cheap estimate, only to wheel the costumer in. This so called mechanic straight raped me for so much money that I do not know how he sleeps at night. At first, he quoted me 896.00 for a repair, which quickly went up to 2250.00. But he was not done there, one thing after an other seem to be breaking down or malfunctioning. This man has no heart, sympathy, or empathy. i would not recommend Fleet Depot to anyone, stay away from scumbags like this.
A concerned struggling customer
They are a bunch of crooks. Robert was very rude and unprofessional. The worse service I ever had and my car wasn't repaired after receiving their services. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there especially military personnel. I think Robert tried to take advantage of me since I was a woman. They don't even desire one star.
The worst place to take your car for repair. ..the guy in the offace has bad attitude they over charge I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN !!!!!
when i while back to have my trans done they look at the owner said to me sir theres nothing worng with your trans it just needs this.he could have said yeh you need a trans but thank you sir for being honest may God bless your work. hope others follow your example.

Do not waste your time or your hard erned money on these people! I payed way above my quoted price, the people are rude and very abrasive, and my car is not entirely fixed. I was told my car would be ready in four days tops but didn't get my car back until three weeks later! Enough said!
