      Sevice tech's are very slow, waited 5 hrs and left to Midas where I was helped quick. Firestone customer service is friendly, but one old bald guy at sevice desk talks about customers as they left and leave customers on phone/hold when he didn't want to deal with them and told other service reps to get to them because he didn't want to. I do not recommend going to this firestone at all.Firestone on Culebra/471 and 1604
