      If you love your pet - keep looking for a vet. The vet knows what she is doing (I suppose) but 95% of the time you are dealing with her staff and they appear to be disorganized and incompetent. Set an appointment and you might get in to see a 'tech' in about an hour - again seems like they don't know what is going on. No phone calls after procedures, surgeries, etc. - you have to call them. You can also count on being put on hold at least once during a conversation for 3 to 5 minutes even when THEY call YOU. This vet office is NOT recommended by me.
