She created and developed the popular workshops “Legal Issues for School Nurses” and “Legal Issues for School Counselors.” She is a member of the Texas Council of School Attorneys, the Texas Council of Administrators of Special Education, the State Bar of Texas School Law Section, the San Antonio Bar Association and the Bexar County Women’s Bar Association, which honored her in 1994 as their Outstanding Young Women’s Lawyer. Ms. Ferguson is licensed to practice in the federal courts for the Western District of Texas. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of student discipline, special education and disabilities law.

He facilitates their authorization for permanent residency in Mexico, authorizations to obtain Mexican nationality and consults on the importing and exporting of household goods and automobiles.
