I first met Cruz, the owner of this company, in 1998. I was opening a beautiful new grooming facility and was able to visit his location and find exacxtly what I needed, and at the Right Price. Based on his expert opinion and our conversations to estimate average useage, etc.... I purchased a very nice set that he had personally refurbished and, to my knowledge, it is still in perfect working condition. Serveral years ago, I started to experience problems with my personal set.) I can't recall whether it was the washer or dryer, but within hours, Cruz was at my door, toolbox and had the machine fixed within a very short period of time. On Memorial Day, this year, I called to see if he had any really nice, refurbed washers. After explaining it's problems, he said he could have it up & running probably withing a few hours. This old set belonged to my beloved Grandma & Grandpa,so it also has sentimental value. Cruz is an honest, hard-working person with lots of integrigty.
