Been repairing computers for over 14 years in San Antonio and have run into all possible problems several times. This gives us the experience needed to do the jobs right the first time. We don't charge customers by the hour, but rather by the job. Hourly rates vary depending on the techs knowledge with a particular problem, so you pay for their education and they are learning with your computer.
