horrible service. took in mower carburetor tell the guy that I had replaced the needle but the replacement one did not have the rubber tip as the original. He said ok ill have ready by afternoon. No one cld me so I called was told what part no one brought part in. They find my part and I pick up take home install and it is leaking worse than when I had them fix. Take back and the man says yeah manufacturer does not make parts for these. And yet you took my money and said you fixed. Then says oh I put in part from bigger engine but I will find from all the mowers in the back a part for your carburetor and have ready for me. If you cannot get parts you should not have taken my money and attempted to fix.

I took my gas pressure washer to be repaired. They supposedly repaired it and when I tried to start it up for the first time it reacted exactly as the way it did before I took it in for repair. I had it repaired about 6 or 7 weeks ago and just got around to using it. Unfortunately, I did not try it at the shop before I left. I learned my lesson with this one and hopefully no one will use this uncertified repair station. I took it back to the shop and told him that it did not work after having paid $100 for repair and told him that he could keep it for parts and use the new $49 hose I had bought for it. He said "wow, thanks". Stay away from this place and find a real repair station.

Knew exactly what I needed without having to look up a parts manual to find it. He knows his stuff!
